Extension Earth Fest Showcase

Extension Earth Fest Showcase
Monday, April 20th
3:30 – 5:30pm, Pyle Center
Please join us for a reception in celebration of Earth Fest highlighting Extension’s natural resources research, outreach, and education and how our shared efforts with communities are strengthening the well‑being of the people and places rooted in Wisconsin’s natural resources.
Enjoy light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with Extension Natural Resources Institute staff at engaging stations throughout the showcase. Remarks will begin at 4pm with Extension staff in Community Engaged Science and Education, Forestry and Wildlife, and Water sharing brief programmatic highlights and featuring recent collaboration examples. Attendees will also hear from our programs and centers located throughout the state: the Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve, the Wisconsin State Climatology Office, Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center, and the Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey. Afterward, explore hands‑on displays, learn about the impactful work happening across our programs, and discover new possibilities for collaboration.
Please RSVP by Friday, April 10th.
